Step up to the next level of practice and train with me on next year’s 200hr Yoga Alliance Professionals UK Accredited Teacher Training Course here in beautiful South Devon.
Our teacher training is a fully residential programme at www.rillestate.co.uk, a purpose built retreat centre set in 80 acres, here in beautiful South Devon. Rill Estate is just off the A38 near Buckfastleigh – half way between Plymouth & Exeter. We are on the edge of magical Dartmoor and close to Riverford Field Kitchen and Farm, Dartington Estate and Ashburton.
Part One of the training will be held 16th-23rd May, 2022. We begin our training on the day of the Full Moon.
Part Two will be 18th-25th September, 2022. We end our training on a New Moon.
This is a journey to the self, you will leave with courage, confidence and the ability to steer your life in any direction you choose. You will have an amazing tool kit to springboard you into the world of teaching/sharing your knowledge (if you so wish). A deep and unshakeable connection to the divine and all things sacred. It is a transformation for the mind, body and spirit. All accommodation and vegetarian or plant based food is included (this would have been heaven for me back in my training days). We will make use of the outdoor space and woods for classes, walking meditation, fire pit talks etc.

Teaching the course will be myself, Sarah Gilbert – Kundalini Yoga Teacher & Therapist as a trainer teacher and amazing facilitators – Senior Yoga Teacher – Virginia Compton, www.virgininacompton.co.uk who has taught in India and the UK and an accomplished Ayurvedic Therapist/Yoga Teacher & Chef. She works also with Yoga Nidra (she will be sharing her knowledge and skills of Yoga Nidra too) and Women’s Health. Emily Katsuno who is a pregnancy specialist, trauma yoga teacher, yin yoga teacher and well women teacher – emllykatsunoyoga.com. There will be a live kirtan with the wonders that are Elise and Charlie www.eliseandcharlie.com plus a workshop with Ruth Lerew from Sunbeam healing on the magic of the Gong.
A Typical Day
6am Morning Practice & Study
10am Demonstrations, classes, practice, discussions, questions and answers, journaling.
3pm Anatomy & Physiology, Ayurverda, Guest speakers, theory.
7pm Mantra, Sound, Meditation practices.
This course is accredited with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK – I will enrol you at the offset and then upgrade you (all being well) after Part One as a student teacher. After the completion of Part Two and assessments you can apply for full registration with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.
Part One – £2,500
Part Two – £2,500. A payment plan is available if you so wish and if you need a concession space or discount please get in touch.
£500 is required as a deposit to secure your space.
We will also be offering an in-house version here in Ashburton for those on a smaller budget. It will be a similar length (a day longer), the days will be shorter and there will be no accommodation or meals included. £2,500 for the complete training.
