With over twenty five years of practitioner experience Sarah provides Reiki Healing, Aromatherapy, La Stone Therapy, Facial, Head and Scalp Therapy, Foot Heaven Therapy and Angel Card Therapy.  Training credits include Clarins, Elemis, Jane Scrivner, Shirley Price Aromatherapy and Reiki Masters training at Stonehenge.

REIKI HEALING
Spiritually guided life force energy, helps to unblock and clear emotional and physical problems. Rebalances the body by clearing the energy centres in the body. This is a deeply relaxing and restorative, fully clothed treatment.

We charge £55 for an hour and fifteen minutes and £65 for an hour and a half.

SOUND THERAPY/RELAXATION SESSION

Relax for an hour and enjoy healing sound therapy to clear energy blocks in the body.  Bathe your cells with the sound of the Gong and other sound instruments.  Beautifully relaxing, soothing and peaceful.

We charge £40 for an hour and £60 for an hour and a half.

AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy massage using hand blended pure essential oils. Bespoke treatment, to uplift, energise, relax or destress. Massage is hugely beneficial to the body, it helps boost the immune system, eases aches and pains, boosts the circulation, reduces stress, encourages relaxation and improves posture.

We charge £30 for half and hour, £40 for 45 mins, £50 for an hour and £60 for an hour and a quarter.

Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage
Massage is hugely beneficial to the body, it helps boost the immune system, eases aches and pains, boosts the circulation, reduces stress, encourages relaxation and improves posture.

We charge £30 for half and hour, £40 for 45 mins, £50 for an hour and £60 for an hour and a quarter.

LA STONE THERAPY
Geo-Thermal Therapy through the use of deep penetrating heated stones. Balances and re-charges our mind and bodies.

We charge £65 for an hour and a quarter and  £75 for an hour and a half 

FACE, HEAD AND SCALP THERAPY
An hour of facial bliss, gentle cleanse, facial massage, head and scalp massage.

We charge £45 for an hour.

REFLEXOLOGY - (lucyrosereflexology.co.uk)
Reflexology is a beautiful, holistic treatment that can help restore your wellbeing and vitality.  Most of the symptoms we suffer from are physical manifestations of emotional imbalances caused by stress/trauma, past or present.  Lucy is an amazing therapist who is loved by all her clients.

We charge £50 for an hour.

FOOT HEAVEN
Relax and unwind with an hour of foot therapy. Foot soak with peppermint and tea tree followed by Swiss Reflex Technique (similar to reflexology, massaging the reflex points) using pure essential oils.

We charge £45 for an hour.

ANGEL THERAPY
Spend an hour exploring the work of the angels and see how they can help and guide us. Includes an oracle card reading.

We charge £45 for an hour.
