Zen mindfulness and movement with Ellie…

This first introductory session (Thursday 11th April) will introduce the principles and practices of Zen mindfulness meditation and mindful movement.

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing one’s attention to the experiences occurring in the present moment.  The practice of Zen meditation works with your body, mind and energy to create greater awareness, vitality and wellbeing as well as for grounding, insight and self-understanding.

This class will provide a simple introduction to Zen through movement, meditation and discussion.

Ellie is an established Zen mindfulness teacher, lives locally and works primarily with NHS staff in London.
